Ademola holds a first degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with a major in Processes Automation/Control and Instrumentation from Obafemi Awolowo University and an MBA from Pan African University, Lagos Business School (Operations Management and Corporate Finance). He also attended the Business Strategy, Management, and Leadership Program at Stanford University SEED in Ghana. He is Enterprise Resource Planning Application SAP (Germany) Certified Technical Consultant. He is a member of Project Management Institute U.S.A. and a Certified Project Management Professional, among others, and has consulted for leading manufacturing companies, financial institutions, and the oil and gas sectors.
